What We Do

Down For Smiles is a heart-led initiative by Isabel Grace Photography that offers completely free professional photo and video sessions to families who have a loved one with Down Syndrome. More than just a photoshoot, this program is about creating a joyful, memorable experience that celebrates the beauty, strength, and individuality of the Down Syndrome community.

What started as a local act of love has grown into a nationwide movement. From coast to coast, we’ve had the honor of traveling across the United States to bring these powerful moments to life—capturing milestones, laughter, and the stories that deserve to be seen and celebrated.
